1. Introduction

Welcome to Journey Technology. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the events available for purchase on journey-technology.com. By purchasing access to any event, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Definitions

  • Company: Journey Technology LLC.
  • Event: Any conference, seminar, webinar, or workshop offered by Journey Technology.
  • User: Anyone accessing or purchasing events on our website.

3. Eligibility

To purchase event access, you must be at least 18 years of age or have obtained parental or guardian consent if under 18.

4. Purchasing Process

All purchases are made in USD. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and any other method listed at checkout. You will receive confirmation of your purchase via email.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

All sales are final. However, if your purchase includes a satisfaction guarantee, you may request a refund by emailing support@journey-technology.com. To be eligible for the refund, you must have attended the event and not be continuing with any remaining parts of the course.

Refund requests under the satisfaction guarantee must be submitted within 7 days of attending the event. Please note that the satisfaction guarantee applies solely to first-time attendees. Any additional terms related to refund eligibility will be specified at the time of purchase.

In cases where the event is cancelled or rescheduled by Journey Technology, you will be entitled to a full refund or the option to transfer your purchase to a future event.

6. Access and Use of Event

Purchasing access to an event grants you a non-transferable right to view and participate in the event. Sharing your access link or login credentials with others is strictly prohibited.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users are expected to behave respectfully during all events. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of your access without a refund.

  • Disruptive behavior that interferes with the event, including but not limited to excessive talking, inappropriate language, harassment of presenters or other attendees, or any action that negatively impacts the experience of others.
  • Sharing your event access or login credentials with others.
  • Engaging in any unlawful activities or actions that violate the intellectual property rights of the Company, event speakers, or other participants.
  • Attempting to record, reproduce, or distribute any part of the event without prior written consent from Journey Technology.

Journey Technology reserves the right to remove any participant engaging in prohibited conduct from the event and take any other appropriate action necessary to maintain a positive and productive environment.

8. Limitation of Liability

Journey Technology shall not be liable for any interruptions, delays, or cancellations of events due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to technical difficulties or acts of God.

9. Privacy

We value your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect and handle your personal information.

10. Amendments

Journey Technology reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of the website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms & Conditions.
